Mission Statement

The mission of Coastal Heroes is to show our appreciation to the first responders of our community, by providing them a safe, stress-free environment to enjoy unique experiences. The foundation strives to make a difference by serving those who serve. Our purpose is to show first responders they are valued and respected for their selfless service to our communities.

OurStory

On Sunday, July 17, 2016, while protecting and serving the citizens Baton Rouge, Baton Rouge Police Officers were ambushed resulting in the loss of three officers. This day became a turning point in the lives of many.

After the loss of their fellow brothers in blue, the squad began making annual trips to Grand Isle, Louisiana. The trips serve as an outlet to escape from the daily pressures of work.

Since 2018 the group of officers has been volunteering for Wounded War Heroes (WWH) foundation at the local fishing tournament as a way to show our appreciation and give back to those who have sacrificed so much. WWH as well as other foundations are the inspiration behind Coastal Heroes Foundation. Coastal Heroes is excited to provide first responders of all professions and their families unforgettable experiences while spending quality time with each other.
